Best Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 450 g lean ground beef
  • 3/4 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 small onion chopped fine
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3/4 teaspoons oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 dash hot sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup oat bran
  • 1 egg

Method

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together.

Form meatballs and place on a foil lined cookie sheet. Bake in oven. 15 minutes for smaller meatballs and 20 minutes for large meatballs. Use with favourite sauce or for appetizers.
