sour dough bread
extra old Cheddar cheese
grainy or smooth
Preheat the BBQ. Slice the sour dough bread to desired thickness. Butter one slice of bread with mustard. Top with Ham and Cheese. Brush outside of bread with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Place on Preheated BBQ and close lid. Check after approx. 1 minute - flip when cheese has started to melt. Grill to desired doneness. Enjoy with a fresh salad and beverage!
