Ingredients

  • 4 cups torn Boston leaf lettuce
  • 4 cups torn radicchio lettuce
  • 2 cups sliced belgian endive
  • 2 cups torn escarole or frise
  • 1 green onion
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar, wine vinegar or fruit vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt or salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method

In large bowl, toss together Boston lettuce, radicchio, endive, escarole and green onion. Sprinkle with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; toss to combine.
