This cocktail is like a melted Freezie –adult-style. Infuse the Blueberry Vodka at least 3 days ahead for best flavour. Add a skewer of blueberries and lemon rind for an extra pretty garnish.?

Ingredients

  • ice cubes
  • 4 oz Blueberry Vodka recipe
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Garnish:
  • Lemon wedge
  • granulated sugar

Method

Garnish: Rub lemon wedge over rims of 2 martini glasses; press into sugar to coat.

Half-fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add Blueberry Vodka, Simple Syrup and lemon juice; shake to mix. Strain into prepared martini glasses.
