This is even better than regular pancakes, but it is healthy and an excellent source of protein and carbohydrates. Some nuts can be eaten with this meal, or peanut butter may be used as a topping to make a complete meal.

- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1/3 cup oat bran
- 1/4 cup blueberry
MethodBlend cottage cheese, egg whites and oat bran in a food processor.
Heat a medium sized frying pan on medium to high heat and spray with non stick cooking spray.
Pour batter into pan and drop blueberries in.
Cook just like you would a regular pancake. Top with your favorite topping.
