Breakfast Quesadillas

Breakfast is guaranteed to be gobbled up when this sandwich with great pizza toppings is on the table.

Ingredients

  • 2 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons pasta sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped ham
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple tidbits
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method

Spread half of each tortilla with pasta sauce; sprinkle each with ham, pineapple, then mozzarella. Fold uncovered half over filling.

Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat; cook quesadillas until filling is hot and cheese is melted, 2 minutes per side. (Or bake on rimmed baking sheet in 400°F/200°C toaster oven, turning halfway through, for 8 minutes.) Cut into wedges.
