Cheddar Cheese Dip

Serves up great with crackers or veggies!

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (salad dressing)
  • 1/2 cup old Cheddar cheese (blend in processor until fine crumbs)
  • 1/4 cup sweet dill pickle finely diced


In a meduim sized mixing bowl, combine all ingedients together & mix well. Cover with lid & refridgerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Serve with raw, prepared vegetables or party crackers. Also goes good with french bread.
