My mom made this for us when we were kids and my big kids still love it.

  • Portion size 4 servings

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni or other pasta
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3 slices processed cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup


Cook elbow macaroni or other pasta until al dente. Drain, rinse and put back in pot. Add I can tomato soup, a few slices of processed cheese and a big squirt of ketchup. Stir until heated through over medium heat. Salt and pepper to taste.
