I serve this dish with potatoes and vegetables, and pour the sauce over everything -- it's delicious! You can use up whatever cheese you have in the fridge in this recipe.

MethodCoat chicken with flour. Arrange in a single layer with skins down in melted butter in a baking dish. Bake uncovered in 425ºC oven for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken, bake until brown, about 15 to 20 minutes more. Pour off excess fat. Reduce oven to 325ºC. Combine milk, soup, cheese, salt, pepper, onions and mushrooms and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and return to oven continue baking until chicken is fully coated with sauce and cooked through.
