Ingredients

  • 4 cups Squash Puree
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped jalapeno pepper or pinch hot pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method

In saucepan over medium heat, combine puree chives, jalapeno pepper, salt and pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, for about 8 minutes or until heated through.
