Preheat oven to 400 degrees F 1. Line cookie sheet with foil (shiny side down). Spread crackers over cookie sheet. 2. Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan; bring to boil and let boil for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, stirring often. 3. Pour butter/sugar mixture over crackers on cookie sheet. 4. Pout in oven for exactly five minutes (watch that it doesn't burn or boil over) 5. After five minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over top and put back in oven for exactly one minute. 6. Remove from oven, spread melted chocolate chips with a spatula 7. Refridgerate for several hours or overnigh.
