This is a nice hot dish served with a plain rice and a salad. Very tasty and satisfying. Served to company and they raved about it.

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 zucchinis shredded
- 1 onion
- 1 package Stove top stuffing
- 1 cup Italiano shredded cheese
- 8 chicken breasts
- 8 chicken legs
- 3/4 cups Kraft brown sugar barbecue sauce
MethodPreheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add zucchini and onion, cook and stir 2 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat.
Stir in stuffing mix and cheese until well blended.
Carefully insert your fingers between the meat and skin of each breast or leg to form a pocket. Fill pockets evenly with stuffing mixture.
Place, skin sides up, in large roasting pan. Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Brush with BBQ sauce. Bake an additional 5 or 10 minutes or until heated through.
