Easy Chicken Casserole

Extremely easy to make, my 10 year old daughter prepares it with me. It is fast and simple to make. Everyone loves it!!

Method

Boil pasta noodles (bows, elbows, fusilli, any type) Boil chicken thighs or breasts on the bone. Once the chicken is boiled, remove from water, let cool then deskin and cut up chicken into pieces. Place boiled noodles in a casserole dish, pour 1 can of tomato juice over noodles, sprinkle with pepper and chicken pieces. Top with cheddar cheese. Place in oven for 30 - 45 minutes at 350.
