My family just loves this casserole! I love it too because it is simple to make.

cream of chicken soup
Cut chicken breasts into small pieces, pan fry until brown. Steam broccoli 5 minutes, cut into small pieces. Layer chicken and broccoli in greased casserole dish. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Spread over chicken and broccoli. Cover, bake 325F for 45-50 minutes. Mix cracker/bread crumbs with butter until moist. 10 minutes before baking time is finished, top casserole with buttered crumbs, bake uncovered for the remaining 10 minutes. Remove casserole from oven, sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and let sit covered until melted. Serve with rice.
