Fanny Pack Trail Mix

For cross-country skiers or skaters, how about a new fanny pack with a high-energy trail mix?

  • Portion size 2 servings


  • 2 cups unsalted roasted sunflower seeds
  • 2 cups green pumpkin seeds
  • 1 1/2 cup currant
  • 1 1/2 cup raisin
  • 1 cup roasted unsalted almonds
  • 1 cup roasted unsalted cashews
  • 1 cup roasted unsalted peanuts


Mix together each unsalted roasted sunflower seeds and green pumpkin seeds (pepitas), currants or raisins, and each roasted unsalted almonds, cashews and peanuts.
