Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh chive
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (optional)
  • 1 small clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce

Method

In bowl, mix together mayonnaise, basil, parsley, chives, oil (if using), garlic, lemon juice, mustard and hot pepper sauce.
