Rice bran can be replaced by equal amount of rice flour. For milder flavour, substitute brown sugar for molasses.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sorghum flour
  • 2/3 cups whole bean flour
  • 1/3 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/3 cup rice bran
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk powder
  • 1 tablespoon xanthan gum
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seed
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seed
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 2 tablespoons fancy molasses
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon yeast

Method

In large bowl, combine dry ingredients except yeast. Pour water, oil, honey and viengar into bread machine pan. Add eggs and egg whites. Place dry ingredients on top of wet, then add yeast. Follow instructions for bread machine.
