It may sound like a dessert BUT is like a quiche.

MethodCook asparagus (broccoli can be substituted) in boiling water for 3 minutes and drain OR drain the canned asparagus. Combine eggs with flour, melted margerine or butter, cottage cheese, cheddar and parmesan cheese. Stir in asparagus or broccoli, dill, onions, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into a buttered 9 X 13 inch pan, Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes.
*** I have also put the asparagus on the bottom of the buttered pan and put the rest of the ingredients on TOP. I like this way better!!
