  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method

In 8-inch (2 L) square glass baking dish, grape tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Bake in 375°F (190°C) oven until softened but still holding shape, about 8 minutes.
