Grilled Lime Spiced Corn on the Cob

  • 4 cobs of corn
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 lime


Choose corn with bright green husks, light damp stalk end and moist skin. Pull husks off corn, rub off silk.

In a small bowl combine chili powder, cumin, salt, and cayenne; set aside. Brush corn with vegetable oil. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning frequently, until lightly grill marked.

Remove corn from grill; rub corn with lime half and sprinkle with spice mixture.
