This is my favourite recipe, When I serve it to first time guests they often request it when invited back. It goes together quickly and I serve it over chicken flavoured rice along with a salad a couple of seasonal vegetables.

boneless chicken breasts

Method: 1: Saute chicken breasts in 2 tablespoons of butter for 8 to 10 mins. over low heat. Remove from pan and wrap a slice of ham around each breast. Place a slice of cheese on top of each breast, place in a pan and bake in a 350 degrees oven for approx. 10 mins. or until cheese is melted. 2: Cook garlic and onion in the remaining butter over medium heat until the onion is transparent. Do no let garlic brown. 3: Turn the element to high and add the whipping cream. cook the cream in the butter/onion/garlic mixture until it is reduced by almost half, stirring constantly. 4: To serve, place the chicken breast on a bed of rice and top with the garlic sauce.
