Fry Ground Beef with salt in Olive Oil until browned, then drain, place in bowl. Saute chopped green onions with red chili flakes until tender in some of the butter. Add chopped Roma Tomato, Ketchup, Honey, chopped mushrooms, chopped red pepper and Hot Sauce, adding the browned Beef.Fry in pan until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Add the Snap Peas and grated Carrot and toss for 2 minutes until thoroughly mixed. Serve over Fusili/Penne Pasta, add grated Romano to taste!
