Method

In small bowl, whisk together oil, garlic, salt and pepper; spoon over fish fillets.

Broil on greased baking sheet 6 inches (15 cm) from heat for 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.

To serve, whisk together lemon juice, mustard and dillweed; drizzle over fish.
