Lightened-Up Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup light sour cream
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1 green onion finely chopped
  • 1 small clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste

Method

In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, green onion, garlic, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and anchovy paste. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 5 days.)
