Lobster Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced tender celery
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry paste
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 cups chopped freshly cooked lobster meat (thawed and drained)
  • 2 cups chopped freshly cooked frozen lobster meat (thawed and drained)
  • 4 lettuce cup

Method

In bowl, stir together celery, light mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, green onion, hot pepper sauce, prepared wasabi or curry paste, salt and pepper. Stir lobster meat.

Serve in lettuce cups.
