MethodPreheat oven to 325 F.
Combine all purpose and whole wheat flours, and brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and ground cinnamon in a large bowl. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat egg whites, butter, yoghurt and vanilla with a whisk until smooth. Add bananas and whisk again. Add banana mixture to flour mixture. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in walnuts.
Spray a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with non stick spray. Pour batter into pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove from pan and let cool.
