Serve this delicious dip with fresh cut veggies and homemade pita chips.

  • Portion size 500 servings


  • 1 can (19 oz/540 mL) chickpea drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 cup tahini paste
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced


In food processor, puree together chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, water, olive oil, cumin and salt. Stir in garlic.
