This recipe never fails and consistently draws rave reviews. Excellent served with garlic, herbed roasted potatoes, or garlic mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs pork loin roasts boned
  • 1/2 cup sodium-reduced soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup dry sherry
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated dried ginger
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (crushed in your hands)

Method

Mix all ingredients in a plastic bag and mix well. Add the pork to the bag. Marinate 2-3 hours or over night. Remove the pork from the bag and place on a pre-heated medium-high grill. Roast approximately 10 minutes per side, adding the marinade from the bag to baste. Serve with hot mustard.
