Fast lunch is something I do with pride. Eaten with an ice-cold glass of milk, your children will stay full all afternoon while they work and play hard at school.

Ingredients

Method

Take 1 can tuna, drain water and put into a bowl with mayonnaise. Mix well. Spread over split dinner rolls or sliced bread and top off with 1 slice of canadian cheddar cheese. Garnish with garnish of olive eyes, and pepper mouths, broil just until cheese is melted. Use a small carrot for the nose and you've got a tasty treat that's just the right temperature to warm those little tummies before class. (Also makes a fun, fast sandwich for dinner when added to a warm bowl of soup when you are short on time).
