Method

In large bowl, whisk butter with mustard until smooth.

Pat chicken dry with paper towels; add to butter mixture along with Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, rosemary and pepper; toss to coat. Arrange on parchment paper–lined rimmed baking sheet.

Bake in 425?F (220?C) oven, turning once, until juices run clear when chicken is pierced, about 25 minutes.
