Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 bunch radish
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 4 lettuce cups

Method

In bowl, whisk together vinegar, sugar, vegetable oil, sesame oil, mustard and salt.

In food processor or by hand, coarsely grate radishes; add to bowl along with onions. Toss to coat. Using slotted spoon, spoon into lettuce cups.
