Roasted Tomatoes

Roasted tomatoes with onion carmelized with balsamic dressing, broiled with cheese.

  • 1 box grape tomato
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1/2 cup bocconcini cheese


Slice grape tomatoes in half and slice onion, place on small baking sheet/stone. Top with balsmaic dressing, making sure to coat all vegetables. Bake for about 25 minutes. Top with sliced bocconcini cheese and broil for 5 more minutes.
