Ingredients
- 2 baking potatoes
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon low-fat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon chopped green onion
Method
With fork, prick potatoes all over; bake in 450°F (230°C) oven until potatoes yield when gently pressed, about 1 hour. (Or microwave on high for 10 minutes.)
Cut "X" into top of each baked potato; squeeze bottom to open cut. Top each potato with butter and green onions.
