This recipe is so, quick, easy and delicious...toss a green salad and call it dinner. It's great for those nights when you're in a hurry!

  • 1 lb hamburger meat
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 pkg onion soup mix
  • to taste garlic seasoning
  • 2 pkg Kraft Dinner prepared according to pkg directions
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 2 cups Armstrong Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan


Prepare Kraft Dinner according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, brown hamburger with onion, crumble, drain and return to pan. Add prepared KD, dried onion soup mix, Garlic Plus and mushroom soup. Stir gently to mix and heat slightly. (about 5-10 mins.) Pour into non-greased 9x13 baking pan, top with Armstrong Cheddar and Kraft Parmesan. Pop it into a 350*F oven for 30-35 minutes, broiling for the last 5 minutes to give the casserole a slightly crunchy, cheesy topping. Serve immediately. Pairs beautifully with a big, tossed green salad.
