  • 1 pkg button mushroom
  • 1 can crabmeat
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch Herbamare
  • pepper to taste


Prepare the mushrooms by wiping them down and removing the stems. Using a grapefruit spoon, scoop out some of the mushrooms flesh to create a recipient for the mixture. Save some of the mushroom scooped out, about 1 TBSP and chop this finely. Place the mushroom caps upside down on a parchment lined pan. In a bowl, combine the crabmeat,the green onion, the seasonings and add the chopped mushroom and the cheese. Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture. Cook at 375 for about 15 minutes and broil for a few additional minutes. Transfer to a serving platter and watch them disappear!!
