Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna in water
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 pinch dill
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 green onion chopped

Method

Add all ingredients in a bowl. Shape into patties.

Spray non stick pan and heat to medium. Add two patties. Brown on both sides and serve.
