Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup walnut toasted and coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 2 apples (Idared and/or Red Delicious), cored and sliced

Method

In large bowl, whip cream; fold in mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Fold in walnuts, celery and apples. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
