Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed watercress leaves
  • 3/4 cups light mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

In food processor or blender, puree together watercress, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and salt until smooth. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 24 hours.)
