Watermelon Strawberry Smoothie

Watermelon is one of the top water-containing fruits. Its subtle sweetness gets a boost from the strawberries in this rosy drink.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups peeled watermelon cubes
  • 1 cup halved hulled strawberry
  • 1/2 cup Balkan-style plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice

Method

Freeze watermelon cubes on lined tray until solid, about 30 minutes.

In blender, purée together watermelon, strawberries, yogurt and lime juice until smooth.
