Whole Grain Couscous

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup vegetable stock
  • 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
  • 1 cup whole grain couscous
  • 1 green onion chopped

Method

In saucepan, bring vegetable stock, salt and pepper to boil. Stir in couscous and green onion. Remove from heat; cover and let stand until liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
