  • 2 tbsp 2tbsporange juice
  • 2 tbsp 2tbspextra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp 2tspDijon mustard
  • 2 tsp 2tspliquid honey
  • 1 1clove garliccloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch 1pinchsalt
  • 1 pinch 1pinchpepper
  • 4 cups 4cupstorn red leaf lettuce
  • 1 1celery stalkcelery stalks, thinly sliced
  • 1 1carrotcarrots, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup 1/4cupthinly sliced sweet onionsweet onions
  • 12 12cherry tomatocherry tomatoes, halved

In large bowl, whisk together vinegar, orange juice, olive oil, mustard, honey, garlic, salt and pepper. Add lettuce, celery, carrot, onion and tomatoes. Toss to coat.
