Tested Till Perfect

Servings: 1/4 cup (50 mL)

Ingredients:

    1/4 cup (50 mL) extra-virgin olive oil
    2 tbsp (25 mL) fresh rosemary leaves (about 1 sprig)

Preparation:

In small saucepan, heat olive oil and rosemary leaves over medium-high heat just until fragrant, about 3 minutes. Strain through fine sieve into small bowl. (Make-ahead: refrigerate in airtight container for up to 3 days.)
