Meringue powder is available at bulk food or cake-decorating stores.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp meringue powder 3 3tbsp tbspmeringue powder
- 1/3 cup water 1/3 1/3cup cupwater
- 3-1/2 cups icing sugar 3-1/2 3-1/2cups cupsicing sugar
Preparation
In bowl, beat meringue powder with water until foamy, about 2 minutes.
Beat in icing sugar until stiff, about 4 minutes. Cover with damp cloth to prevent drying out.
