Ingredients

- 1 minced clove of garlic 1 1minced clove of garlic
- 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper 1/2 1/2tsp tspeach of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 1tbsp tbsplemon juice
Preparation
In large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, heat together vegetable oil, spinach, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
