Shrimp Salsa

This salsa is best enjoyed fresh. If you want to prepare it ahead, chop the ingredients but combine them just before serving.

  • 1 cup 1cupcooked baby shrimp
  • 1 cup 1cupchopped cherry tomatocherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup 1/4cupdiced green onion
  • 2 2jalapeño pepperjalapeño peppers, seeded and diced
  • 3 tbsp 3tbspchopped fresh coriander
  • 3 tbsp 3tbsplime juice
  • 4 tsp 4tspvegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tspsalt
  • 1 pinch 1pinchgranulated sugar
