Preparation
In shallow dish, stir together vinegar, oil, garlic, rosemary and salt ; add steak, turning to coat. Marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes, turning once.
Heat greased grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat; cook steak, turning once, for 10 to 12 minutes for medium-rare or until desired doneness. Transfer to cutting board and tent with foil; let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.

Caesar Stuffed Potatoes
Scrub 4 baking potatoes; prick with fork. Microwave at High for 5 minutes. Turn and rearrange potatoes; add 2 cloves garlic. Microwave for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender. Cut thin slice off each potato; with spoon, scoop out flesh, leaving 1/2-inch (1 cm) thick wall.
In bowl, mash potatoes, garlic, 1 cup (250 mL) light sour cream, 1/4 cup (50 mL) grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp (2 mL) each pepper and mustard, and 1/2 tsp (2 mL) anchovy paste, if desired. Spoon into potato shells. If desired, broil for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with 1 green onion, chopped.
