Skillet-Steamed Sprouts

Ingredients

1 tbsp (15 mL) butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb (500 g) Brussels_sprouts, halved
2 tbsp (25 mL) water
1 tbsp (15 mL) soy_sauce
Preparation
In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat; cook garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add 1 lb (500 g) brussels sprouts, water; and soy sauce. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp, about 10 minutes.
