Slushy Vodka Watermelon Lemonade
Freezing the watermelon first gives this drink its smooth, slushy texture that is truly refreshing.

3/4 cup (175 mL) lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
1/2 cup (125 mL) granulated sugar
4 cups (1 L) cubed seeded watermelon, frozen
4 cups (1 L) ice cubes
1 cup (250 mL) vodka
Preparation:
In microwaveable measuring cup, microwave lemon juice with sugar at high for 1 minute. Whisk syrup until sugar is dissolved.
In blender, blend half each of the cubed watermelon, ice cubes, vodka and lemon syrup until smooth; pour into serving pitcher.
Repeat with remaining ingredients; stir pitcher to blend.
