Smoked Salmon and Radish Dip

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup low-fat pressed cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red radishes, (about half bunch)
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red onions
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives, (optional)

Preparation

In large bowl, beat together sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Stir in salmon, radishes, onion, and chives (if using). Transfer to serving bowl. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 days; let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.)
