Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup 1/3cupwhipping cream
  • 3 oz 3ozbittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tbsp 1tbspbutter

Preparation

In saucepan, heat cream just until boiling; pour over chocolate and butter in bowl, whisking until smooth. Let cool slightly, about 10 minutes.

Additional information : Variation
Chilled Chocolate Spread: Refrigerate glaze until thickened but not firm, 15 to 20 minutes. Spread over cupcakes.
